2144: Friend Slash Command does not remove friends

Description

I'm trying to remove friends from my friend list and /friend <player name> does not work.

Reproduction Steps

1. Add a friend
2. Try removing a friend
3. That's all

Intended Behavior

I suppose something is wrong with the coding or it hasn't been implemented yet.

Evidence

I can't remove a person from my Friends list by doing /friend <name>
