The quest "Ydenia's crush" available from level 1-11 from Ydenia in Cotswold shouldn't be available in this patch level.
1. Roll a new character.
2. Go talk to Ydenia in Cotswold.
3. Notice she offers you a quest when she wasn't in love until 1.69
Stop Ydenia from handing out her silly quest. Even if she's actually in love, she's a grown woman and a minstrel on top, she can go run down to Prydwen keep herself.
