At the completion of the quest (Step4) upon returning to Captain Rhodri and say the words 'renegade' and 'Sir Dillus' the quest completes, he gives the response required and quest disappars from journal, but you are not given any reward of either xp or item. This was completed on a Mercenary.
I was told to return at lvl 20 for the next part of the quest, and it does give this our correctly
1. Obtain epic quest 'Rebellion Accepted'
2. Complete all steps and return to Captain Rhodri for reward
3. Say 'Renegade' and 'Sir Dillus' to captain Rhodri
When you use the trigger words you should be rewarded with class appropriate item (Fury - Bracer) for Merc and xp
No item in inventory and no xp reward. The quest DID finish to is seen as complete, i could pick up the lvl 20 quest afterwards so no further evidence should be required.
