Description

Bard instant amnesia does not stop the Minstrel single target mesmerize spell.

Reproduction Steps

1. Start casting single target mez from Minstrel
2. Cast instant-amnesia from bard on Minstrel
3. Minstrel's mez cast timer is not stopped

Intended Behavior

Bard instant-amnesia should stop the cast timer from Minstrel's single target mez.

Evidence

Works that way on live. Pretty common knowledge that amnesia stops all spells - minst mez is a spell.
