Mastery of Magery Realm Ability is not granted the damage increase for Necromancers.
1. Make a high level Necro so you cap base damage vs the test dolls.
2. Check damage against testing dolls.
3. Spec into Mastery of Magery
4. Check damage against the same doll. No damage increase.
Check Mastery of Magery and have it give the benefit to the Necromancer / Pet.
Mastery of Magery has always worked for any class that casts spells.
