2046: Charred Skeletal Commander OTD (no Drop) Issue 0838

Description

Regarding issue 0838 it should be fixed. Yesterday we killed it, completed the OTD quest, checked the inventory, no Brimstone Breastplate.. (lot of empty slots)

Reproduction Steps

1. Go to Muspelheim loc 40k 44k around (walking mob)
2. Kill it
3. Check inventory

Intended Behavior

As any other OTD.. be able to get Brimstone Breastplate..
