Attempted to salvage the Vest of Lethean and it says it cannot be salvaged
1. Right clicked the item
2. Clicked salvage
3. Read that I could not salvage it
item should be salvageable as it is normal drop loot.
Item is normal wearable armor, chest piece, and should be salvageable.
