penetrating arrows doesn't penetrate any bladeturn, Self BT of casters, or BT casted on other player, or PBT.
1. get an archer class with Penetrating Arrow ability (I,II,III)
2. shoot on a caster with self BT, on PBT, than shoot on someone having a PBT or a BT casted from another person
3. arrows NEVER penetrates BT-PBT
arrows shooted by someone that has Penetrating Arrow ability should penetrates PBT or BT if they are not casted from the target itself

this is a video from official server Bors in first ToA times, but Penetrating Arrow is working as pre 1.65
here patch notes 1.65:
- Penetrating Arrow will never go through Bladeturns (both pulsing and single-target) on the character that cast the spell. This means that a Warden who casts a bladeturn on himself will never have his own personal bladeturn penetrated.
- Bladeturns cast on group/realm mates can be penetrated. So a Hero that has a pulsing bladeturn (or single target) on him from a friendly Warden can have that bladeturn penetrated.
