There are no proper delves for the Powertaps on Necromancers in the Deathsight line.
1. Make a necro
2. go to level 5
3. look at the spell descriptions for Power taps
Look at all of the Powertap spells and add teh correct dammage delvs to all of these spells
Because I can still read (i think) though when i left click on the attack I have no idea how hard the spell is supposed to hit for because there is no number.
