This item is a 1 time drop (you will autopickup the belt and be quest flagged afterwards)
It was dropped by a Carrion Crawler named Ick (small green spider looking creature) he spawned in the Tawny Lynx / Carrion Eater area in Gotar about 4 mins run from Fort Atla.
Ick was probably lvl 8 (i think)
