The recipe for major infectious serum only showed 3 items. When I went to the alchemy table, it said I was missing another one. In my inventory was European spider venom, crystal vial, and blood albumen. When I went to the table it told me that I was missing plague rat fleas
1. Check to see if your recipe for major infectious serum shows 3 or 4 items
2. Buy all the items shown in recipe and try to craft the poison.
3. See if it tells you your missing one that does not appear in the recipe.
Add the 4th ingredient to the recipe or remove it so that the system doesn't tell you it's missing. The 4th item seems to be very expensive for this level crafting, so it is probably not supposed to be needed.
I don't have any evidence from previous game, except it is showing 3 ingredients in recipe but asked for 4 when I went to alchemy table and tried to craft it.
