1939: Launcher open chrome that crash on startup.

Description

If I open launcher when chrome is closed, launcher open chrome that crash. If I start chrome and then i open launcher it works great !

Reproduction Steps

1. Be sure chrome is closed
2. Start launcher
3. Chrome crash

Intended Behavior

Start lancher with chrome already open.
1.Start chrome
2.Start launcher
3.Uthgard start regualy
