On Step #5 the quest asks you to kill Brodic. After he was killed the quest did not continue with the next step. Also you have spelt tomorrow incorrectly for the quest name. You have it spelt Tomarrow. Killed him multiple times and no credit has been given.
1. Kill Brodic
2. Don't get credit
3. Swallow sadness
4. Try again
5. Find and kill Brodic again.
6. No Credit.
7. Cry Deeply.
This is an Epic and should be given credit as soon as you kill him.
After killing Brodic, you get no credit for the Epic quest Step #5 Entry into Tomorrow.
