1884: Combat log [target] text incorrect

Description

Target text is incorrectly formatted in the combat log. Brackets should not enclose the definite article.

Reproduction Steps

1. Target a mob or gravestone
2. Review the combat log

Intended Behavior

Current behavior:

You target [the Genjiro's Grave].

You target [the spectral bayer].

Correct behavior:

You target the [Genjiro's Grave].

You target the [spectral bayer].
