1874: Rams Un-salvagable by anyone other than actual Ram Owner

Description

Unable to salvage ram even after owner releases it.

Reproduction Steps

1. Build a group
2. Bring a Ram to an enemy enemy keep
3. After ram is built, original owner releases ram

Intended Behavior

Whenever someone drops a ram and releases it, then ownership and control goes to the first player than is close enough and clicks on it.
This next player should then be considered the owner, however currently the game will tell us that this player is NOT the owner and will not allow that player currently controlling the ram to salvage it.
Please fix the code to allow for the ram controller to be considered as the ram owner so that it can be salvaged (assuming their Woodworking skill is high enough) by anyone that controls it.

Evidence

Proof:
Salvaging rams discussed here in Jan of 2003.
http://warhammer.bbbguild.com/viewtopic.php?f=4&t=51
Patch 1.65 didn't come out until Oct of 2003 (9 months AFTER the link above!)
http://camelotherald.wikia.com/wiki/Patch_Notes:_Version_1.65

Which means whoever is the CONTROLLER is ASSUMED to then be the OWNER for purposes of salvaging the siege equipment, and HAS BEEB A PART of DAOC well before the 1.65 patch was released!!!

I have found additional links that discussed ram salvage mechanics -- all support this reported mechanic, none disagreed other than pointing out that rams can also be salvaged by the one controlling it with the command /salvage instead of using the embedded button.
