/cloak off
/helm off
commands where added after patch 1.89, so they shouldn't be available here on this server.
1. get a cloak
2. type in /cloak hide
3. and cloak will be hidden
same with /helm off
both commands should be disabled in game, only the command: /hood, should work at this patch level.
