You are able to get this quest with level 6 but its a quest starting at lvl 7

Reproduction Steps

1. Be level 6
2. go to basar
3. take the level7quest
4. Compare with infos + live

Intended Behavior

Fix the levelreq to 7 sgsdgsdgsggdsdgsggdssgdgsdgsdg
