1845: Hib/CF - Leprechaun spot too less mobs, only 4 instead 10-12

Description

We recently went to CF to the well known Leprechaun-spot.
We only found 4 Leprechauns, all veteran Hib Players mentioned it should be 10-12.

Reproduction Steps

1. Go to the Leprechaun-spot in CF next to the Bears (Loc will follow if needed)
2. See there are only 4 Leprechauns.
3. Be sad about it.

Intended Behavior

Place 10 or 12 Leprechauns at that spot. It was a famous spot for Groups around LVL 40. With 4 Mobs you cant do much.
