1832: Red Hagen gives reward to deathblower only

Description

Doing A dagger's end LVL43 Epic in Group. We came to step to kill Red Hagan. We killed him an only deathblower got reward and next quest step.
We wait for respawn and killed him 2nd time and guaranteed that someone else deathblows him - tada ... reward + next quest step

Reproduction Steps

1. Get LVL 43+ Viking class and Epic quest to Epic LVL43 a dagger's end
2. Go out to Raumarik for Red Hagan and kill him in group
3. Don't be the one who deathblows and check your inventory + journal

Intended Behavior

All group member shall obtain reward - I think related to OTD-behavior where rewards also were for deathblower.
