On step 13 of quest you are directed to kill Amadan and get a vial of blood. Vial of Blood doesn't drop after 15+ kills.
1. Go to DL find Amadan Dubh in valley to the east.
2. Kill named and see if vial drops.

Vial of blood should be a drop item from this named so quest can be completed.

Bria next sends you to get a vial of blood from a Amadan Touched and return it to her.
When you return the vial of blood Bria sends you to kill Amadan Duhb, who is not where he used to be I spent over 8 hrs real time camping where he use to be. Mythic moved him to the South of where he used to spawn at. New loc is appox 59k by 12k in Connacht or go East from about half way in between Basar & DL.
