1785: Hib housing: all Lyrist <Merchant> have wrong race.

Description

All Lyrist speed-merchants do have a wrong race set for 1.65 patch.

Reproduction Steps

1. Log on hib
2. go to housing
3. find a lyrist
4. check the race
5. they are celts

Intended Behavior

They should be mighty Elfes. Like we see in almost every town and capital :)
