Actually the different spell of power (cognition of power, perspicuity of power ...) don't work correctly.
After several test i noticed that the tick of regen mana without cognition of power is 1 or 2%. And with cognition of power the tick is between 2% and 3%.
Or bye example the description of the cognition of power give "Target generates 4 extra power" it seems not the case.
I don't know if it's the same on the other magician.
1. empty a mana bar and looks the tick without spell of power
2. empty a mana bar and looks the tick with spell of power
3. looks the difference between the both value
i think the value of the tick when the sorcerer have a spell of power must be raise.
