Description

My character Meander cannot see the NPCs at the market in Meath. My other chars can see them.

Reproduction Steps

1. Login with my account, character Meander
2. visit the market in Meath

Intended Behavior

Even Meander should be able to see the NPCs

Evidence

There should be NPCs?
