Description

The level 35 request Halbran's Return is not implemented.

Reproduction Steps

1. Level a character to 35
2. Travel to Jonarra in West Skona
3. Try and get the quest

Intended Behavior

Implement the steps described in: http://camelot.allakhazam.com/quests.html?cquest=3037 and appropriate rewards. Quest levels should be 35-38.
