Description

First off i saw: WTF an 3.8speed offhand?!?
But the weapon should not be wearable in left hand.

Also wrong Stats for this Patch

Reproduction Steps

1. Go to Coruscating Mines
2. Get this Item dropped
3. Check Stats

Intended Behavior

Fix the weapon from lefty to RightHand.
Fix the Stats from +4 Blades, 36 Health to +2 Blades, 12 Health
