Description

Theurgist speed overrides minstrel's speed in same group.

Reproduction Steps

1. minstrel & theurgist in same group
2. activate minstrel speed
3. activate theurgist speed

Intended Behavior

Check the code, only the fastest values of speed should override the lowest values.

Evidence

it's not normal and many players can validate the bug.
