I got a trade skill task from my master to build a "cobalt superior mistletoe spiked wreath" for the customer named "Sissy" and got no cash reward on delivery.
1. get Armorcraft skill up to 535+
2. ask your Armorsmith Master for a task (and hopefully you get a job with a "wreath")
3. create it
4. hand it over to the customer
5. check ballance
check the data base for "wreath" items in the trade skill task selection, add them with an apropriate amount of cash as a reward.

there is no reward for handing over the build item.
