you cant move the camera position further back then default setting, though you can move it further towards the character as supposed to.
If memory is serving right these was possible on uthgard v1 and also on 1.65 and before.
1. Pan back from the character from the default position

the value for camera position away from character should be increased, or the value describing the gap between camera position and character.
