In order to craft war circlets (also needed for some craft tasks) you need a circlet pattern. It should be sold by Vinandr in Mularn.
1. Visit Vinandr
2. Check his shop
3. Find only the pointed steel pattern
Add the pattern to the list, should not be that complicated I guess :)
