Description

Original issue (1521) quest bugged at Step 2 has been marked INVALID and stated that the quest will no longer be given.

Reproduction Steps

1. Talk to Lillian Brydger at West Downs
2. Level 15 +
3. Receive "Delivering Heirloom" quest

Intended Behavior

Please see Issue 1521 in which it was stated that this bugged quest would no longer be available. I received the quest as a level 16 Cabalist on Sunday 12 June 2016 at 6.20 Aust EST (+10 GMT)
