1604: I'm able to trade with dead players

Description

I was trying to drop an item on the ground, next to a dead player and the trade window opened up.

Reproduction Steps

1. find a dead player
2. open the trade window
3. click accept

Intended Behavior

I don't think we should be able to trade with dead players

Evidence

I shouldn't be able to trade with dead players.
