Haste Debuff is actually not slower the attack Speed, but works like haste (issue 812 is not resolved).
1. Go Vanern swamp, pull broken jotuns with a pet
2. Wait Jotun cast his 40% attack Speed debuff
3. have fun on watching your pet hitting with max swingspeed after
Review haste debuffs....some Mobs have one, SM has one, Healer has one. Dont know other realms...
Just log into game, have no screenshots or so.....
