When attempting to transfer a house title, it says this item cannot be traded. I traded another item, then traded the house title and it would show up on the trade window then disappear.
I did this on the house lot. The player I was trading it to does not own another house.
1. Buy a house.
2. Buy a house title.
3. Trade to another player who does not own a title, while standing on the house lot.
Make the house title tradeable on the house lot. Or figure out why it wont let you trade.
