So I wandered into Hall of the Corrupt in Pennine Mountains today to see if there were any players in there. I got agroed by a mob called an "innocent" that cast a disease debuff on me called Spores of the Innocent. This spell has a couple of major issues as described below.
First off, disease is only supposed to half the amount of healing you receive but this disease prevented me from regenerating health above 50%. Secondly, the duration on it was like 35 minutes! No spell in this game should have a duration that long.
1. Go to Hall of the Corrupt
2. Fight innocents until you get diseased
3. mouse over tooltip for the disease and get the bad news
1. Disease debuffs should not effect health regeneration, only heals received.
2. The duration of most debuffs cast by mobs is 2 to 5 minutes typically. I cannot find any documentation regarding the duration of this particular debuff but it should also fall in the 2 to 5 minute range.

Note that the duration is lower since I was making this ticket while I waited it out. Also note my health bar that is at exactly 50% and won't go higher.
