1562: Spellcraft overcharge problem

Description

i tested today my Legendary Spellcrafter with skill 1001

a guildmate crafted 10x af 2 99% hands for me. with 2 Imbue Points.
and i started to sc them with 5.5 points overcharge points to 7.5 Imbue Points.
i used to make 2x 99% and 2x 98% gems for this overcharge.
i never had any problem with this back in the days on live server. sced more then 1000 items with this method and never had any problem.

but here 1 of this item explodes and i think this is the wrong and shouldn't be like this with 99% item and 2x 99% and 2x 98% gems the explode change should be close to 0.

Reproduction Steps

1. take a 99% crafted item
2. overcharge it with 5.5 Imbue points.
3. and you will maybe explode.

maybe you need more then 1 try.

Intended Behavior

i think something is wrong with the calculation of the diffrent parts of the spellcraft calculation.

i only found a german page where you can read the exact explanation and one web archive page from the spellcraft calculator from allakhazam.

1 thing is to be known in 1.87 all this things got changed, but befor this time the spellcraft behavior was all the time the same.
