can't built reinforced kite shield (heartwood )
given as a crafters task to built one, but it is grayed out. All other reinforced shields are there with a skill of 495 in Weaponcrafting
1. create an Weaponcrafter
2. at a skill of ~480 check for availability of reinforced kite shield
Reinforced kite shields should appear with the same craftskill like the other reinforced shields
according to Motogs Crafting guide page shield should have a skill level of 495
