Lords in Varulvhamn drop loot from Catacombs expansion. In this case I received a staff of cursing (warlock class staff).

Loot tables should be limited to classic/SI only loot.
I received the staff. It still exists in character inventory (realm transfer required to provide screen shot evidence but will provide upon request).
