In the Midgard quest "Minx Wiley", Wiley is supposed to have different spawns and be quite difficult to find. He also should just spawn at night. At the moment, he's always at the same spawn, and doesnt despawn and daytime.
1. Go to Huginsfell.
2. Go behind the healers hut.
3. Behold Wiley standing there. Kill him, and wait for a quick respawn at the exact same location.
Should be various spawns.
"4) Lately, Wiley has been spawning behind the Healers Hut in Huginfel. In a cluster of trees with some shrubs.

Also, should only spawn at night
