When going to take the quest Tyngyr's Daughter at Adribard's Retreat from Tyngyr Blade it is unavailable. The quest should be available from level 9 onwards.
1. Create a character and get it to level 9.
2. Find Tyngyr Blade at Adribard's retreat - he is a weapon merchant.
3. Attempt to engage him in conversation and note he is not offering the quest.
Enable the quest 'Tyngyr's Daughter' to be given to level 9+ characters. Tyngyr should direct players to the ruined keep in order to kill a ghostly night in order to retrieve a family heirloom. Next the steps could differ in having the player kill either a water leaper, a bloody bones, or a scrag in order to retrieve a bracelet. Then the player should have to take the items to caer witrin and give them to Tyna Blade. At this point she gives the player a letter to return to her father. At level 9 the reward should roughly be 2 bubbles of experience and 2 silver coins.
