Description

stuck on step # 2 - Sargent Grum does not converse or take quest item ( sword )

Reproduction Steps

1. get quest in West Downs
2. run to Pyrden Bridge to Sargent Grum
3. try to continue with step # 2

Intended Behavior

Sargent Grum should continue the conversation and take item
