When character selection screen appears, after you select a character and you press play, just load for a little with blank screen, no progress bar, and after a while you are come back to character selection.
1. just log in
2. select character
3. press play..
i think the game cannot load the zone, but i'm almost sure it's not a problem of mine, i have seen this issue a lot of time, so i think developer know about it.
