Cloaks of "Moran the Mighty" have the wrong skin. We got the "Cloak of the Earth" and another (cant remember which one it was).
Both had the wrong skin.

Also on this link (Cloak of the Earth), the description says "Cloak has a high collar look."

1. kill moran
2. get some cloaks
3. equip the cloaks -> wrong skin
change the skin to that one on the picture from allakhazam
This link shows the cloak before patch 1.89 (high collar):
