No dialogue with NPC Seiml in Fort Veldon concerning kill task information. Kill task should be available at level 21.

1. Obtain level 21
2. Attempt to start dialogue with NPC Seiml in Fort Veldon.

Intended Behavior

Implement kill task Warm Fire Ant Larva. Allow the collection and turn in of Warm Fire Ant Larva to Seiml
