The horse from Tir na Nog (north) to Druim Ligen slows down to maybe 50% walk speed for some seconds at two spots.
1. Before (west of) the bridge south of Druim Ligen.
2. At loc 53,7k / 23,2k, just after that bridge.
1. Go to Tir na Nog (north entrance)
2. Buy a Ticket to Druim Ligen
3. Take the ride
Horse should not slow down and always be at max speed. :D
Horses on live servers never slowed down, so I think this is the normal behaviour for all horse routes. =)
