Level 29 soell in the Deathsight line Longing For Death delves to increase targets melee absorption by 3 . It should be 3% . Not sure if its just a typo.
1. create necromancer
2. level to 29
3. check tool tip of spell Longing For Death
change value of spell from 3 to 3% . Also check the higher lvl versions to make sure they are also set to %.
Nixian's Uthgard Charbuilder shows the spell line to delve in % and not just a strait number.
