When doing the Albion Level 40 Paladin quest: Departed Fellowship, after
[Step #6] Return to Sir Tilian at Castle Sauvage. Hand to him Cadwallen's sacrificial dagger
The dagger disappear from Inventory.
1. Use a lvl 40 Palladin and get the quest. Do it step by step

The dagger should stay in invebtory for later use in step 8, 9 etc
The quest is intended to be compleeted, now its broken, you can't get done step 8
