Equipped the quest reward gem "Shadowy Gem", reward from completing the level 7 Nightshade quest, but it fails to affect me and displays none of the bonus skills on my character.
1. Complete level 7 Nightshade quest
2. Equip reward "Shadowy Gem"
3. No bonus skills displayed in window and text in chat reads "The magic of the Shadowy Gem fails to affect you."
