The NPC Anrid at loc 25099 26817 inside jordheim is supposed to be a merchant that sells the patterns required to make the pointed steeple hat
1. Enter jord
2. find anrid
3. see that she is not an npc that can buy and sell
Im sure other realms are missing this as well but have not looked, Since this patch level requires the pattern to make the hat we need the merchants in place to craft them!
We are supposed to have this merchant available to craft items that we want in this patch level http://camelot.allakhazam.com/db/search.html?cmob=1402
