1280: Mid: Hobgoblin Prowler missing certain drops

Description

Hobgoblin Prowlers in Midgard are famous for the only robe drop in Midgard, "Poorly Woven Vest" which was renamed "Poorly Woven Garb" in patch 1.59

They should also drop Khertik's Staff, Poorly Woven Gloves, Poorly Woven Pants

Confirmed that they DO drop Chipped Stone Choker, Crusty Old Bracer, and
Fang of Deftness

Reproduction Steps

1. Go to one of the camps in Gotar
2. Kill Hobgoblin Prowlers
3. Repeat step #2 100+ times which i have done.. :)

Intended Behavior

If the DO drop i apologize, but i feel i have killed enough of them to be fairly certain the various cloth items and the staff does not drop.
