Spiritmaster haste debuff spell "Difuse Fervor" doesn't aggro when casted on mobs. This appears to happen with the lower levels of the spells too.
1. Find a mob and click on it
2. Cast the spell
3. Profit???
As strength and dexterity debuffs, this too should generate aggro on the mob.
I'm afraid I don't have evidence that I can provide you.
